About TA
Transactional Analysis is a humanistic psychological approach developedby Dr.Eric Berne, a Canadian born US psychiatric doctor in the 1950’s. It was developed with the intention of making psychiatric treatments simple and less time consuming. Father George Kandathil brought TA to India in 1970’s. TA helps people to gain self awareness, improve interpersonal relations, better HR management, improve salesmanship, make better teachers and in fact any one with TA with him can put forward a better performance in his area of involvement.
